One Stone invites adults who believe in the power of students to share their experience and insight. Join us for a Champions PopUP on Tuesday, September 24 from 5–7 pm to see how you can support our mission to make students better leaders and the world a better place.
One Stone experiences are highly personalized for each student. We provide a wide range of tools and resources throughout the year – trips, software, raw materials – at no cost to the student. No dues, no membership fees, nothing.
Still, we need support to keep our programs running.
We’re not just talking dollars here. (Although monetary donations are always welcome!) We’re talking time, connections and talent. We welcome input from the community and would love to hear how you might contribute!
Here are a few ways to become a One Stone Champion:
Coach a project group
Help make snacks and lunches for elementary and junior high camps
Sponsor a table at the One Event
Stock our shelves with craft materials, food, supplies, and tools for learning
Join us for Disruption Day, the culmination of a 12-week Design Lab (a.k.a. DLab), when students deliver their final presentation
Volunteer to clean at One Stone HQ
Hire One Stone to facilitate a design thinking CrashUP for your organization
Connect learners with internship and mentorship opportunities
There are so many ways to support the One Stone mission and help us say yes to the power of student voice. By becoming a One Stone Champion, you help us say yes to the student who wants to study lava tubes in Bend, Oregon. Yes to the student who wants to design an app to prevent texting and driving. Yes to the student who wants to create an event to support First Responders and their mental health.
