One Stone Ventures Managing Director
Elise is thrilled to join the One Stone team and to scale our impact and partnerships as the Managing Director for One Stone Ventures. She brings more than 15 years of experience in education administration, leading programs that support leadership and development for students and professionals. Before joining One Stone, Elise worked with both public and private universities including Boise State University where she earned a reputation for driving complex initiatives through ingenuity, communication, and collaboration-- from new student and family engagement to campus event transformation and university-wide pandemic response.
Elise is a native Tennessean and lives in Boise with her husband Micah and cat Jasper. She loves reading, kayaking, traveling, and supporting Boise's arts scene. She has a MSEd in Education & Social Policy from Northwestern University and BS in Human & Organizational Development and English from Vanderbilt University.
