Teal came to Boise in 2016 from Omaha, Nebraska, where she was actively promoting free outside play opportunities in public spaces for children. As part of her advocacy, she created the Sally Foster Adventure Playground, one of the first of its kind in the country. At One Stone, Teal is a Renaissance woman–she helps to manage our day-to-day operations while coaching in a variety of capacities. In addition to her work at One Stone, she serves the community as a volunteer at Artisan’s for Hope and the Boise Bicycle Project. Teal has a B.A. in art/anthropology/English from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
